Live, interactive entertainment and enrichment programs for senior living communities. Designed for participation. Delivered with heart.
Our programs are designed to support two fundamental human needs: regulation and connection. Every performance is responsive, interactive, and shaped around the people in the room.
The kind of spontaneous, unguarded delight that surprises even those who "don't participate" β and lights up an entire room.
Strangers become neighbors. Neighbors become community. Music breaks isolation in ways that nothing else can.
The right song unlocks memories that haven't surfaced in years β sparking conversations, stories, and a profound sense of self.
Our audiences aren't observers. They are participants β singing, clapping, moving, and feeling the difference between watching and belonging.
For memory care residents, the right music at the right time reduces agitation, promotes peace, and opens a window when other doors are closed.
After a great program, something shifts. People linger, talk, share stories. You don't create community β you ignite it.
From lively singalongs to calmer memory care-friendly sessions, our programs are designed to meet your community exactly where it is.
Live music with purposeful engagement β singalongs, call-and-response, movement, music trivia, and reminiscence woven into every set. Tailored by era, genre, energy level, and community needs.
Gentle, predictable, lower-pressure music sessions for residents experiencing cognitive decline. Familiar rhythm and melody help create calm, recognition, and connection.
Full sensory holiday and seasonal events that residents anticipate and families attend. 1950s Sock Hop, Patriotic Tribute, Holiday Sing-Along, and more.
Gentle acoustic and sound-based sessions designed to support relaxation, calm, and a more settled room energy.
Educational and enrichment sessions including music history, ukulele workshops, storytelling, staff wellness, and specialty presentations as the performer network grows.
We specialize in senior living because that is where live music can create visible shifts in mood, memory, participation, and connection. Lea Legacy also welcomes community organizations, music programs, private events, and special occasions where warm, responsive entertainment is needed.
Have something else in mind? Let's talk.
Melanie brings so much joy into the lives of our elderly residents. Her passion for music, connection and service is such a blessing to my facilities. I highly recommend her offering to anyone who seeks to provide more quality of life, joy and happiness to their community.
Joyful, resident-centered music designed to bring connection, participation, and meaningful moments into the room.
Lea Legacy Productions was founded by Melanie Stark, M.Ed., on a simple but deeply personal belief: music can help people regulate, connect, remember, and feel seen.
Melanie brings 25+ years of experience in music, education, performance, and therapeutic facilitation. Her approach is not just to perform a setlist, but to read the room and shape the experience around the people present.
The name Lea is Melanie's birthright β a name once taken from her, now reclaimed and built into something she's proud of. That act of reclamation is woven into the company's DNA. We exist to give back to people something they didn't know they were missing.
Lea Legacy is being built as a purpose-driven network of performers, educators, and specialists who share a commitment to warmth, reliability, and genuine care for the communities they serve.
