What We Create

More Than Music.
It's Connection.

Our programs are designed to support two fundamental human needs: regulation and connection. Every performance is responsive, interactive, and shaped around the people in the room.

✨
Joy

The kind of spontaneous, unguarded delight that surprises even those who "don't participate" β€” and lights up an entire room.

🀝
Connection

Strangers become neighbors. Neighbors become community. Music breaks isolation in ways that nothing else can.

πŸ’
Reminiscence

The right song unlocks memories that haven't surfaced in years β€” sparking conversations, stories, and a profound sense of self.

πŸ™Œ
Participation

Our audiences aren't observers. They are participants β€” singing, clapping, moving, and feeling the difference between watching and belonging.

πŸ•ŠοΈ
Calm

For memory care residents, the right music at the right time reduces agitation, promotes peace, and opens a window when other doors are closed.

🏑
Community

After a great program, something shifts. People linger, talk, share stories. You don't create community β€” you ignite it.

Our Story

A Legacy Worth
Building

Melanie Stark Β· Founder & CEO

Lea Legacy Productions was founded by Melanie Stark, M.Ed., on a simple but deeply personal belief: music can help people regulate, connect, remember, and feel seen.

Melanie brings 25+ years of experience in music, education, performance, and therapeutic facilitation. Her approach is not just to perform a setlist, but to read the room and shape the experience around the people present.

The name Lea is Melanie's birthright β€” a name once taken from her, now reclaimed and built into something she's proud of. That act of reclamation is woven into the company's DNA. We exist to give back to people something they didn't know they were missing.

Lea Legacy is being built as a purpose-driven network of performers, educators, and specialists who share a commitment to warmth, reliability, and genuine care for the communities they serve.

Start With a Conversation.

Every community has different residents, room dynamics, and programming goals. We begin by understanding what your people need, then recommend the program style that fits best.
